Behind Innoflex is a team of leaders with strong experience across ACMV, M&E, project delivery, service maintenance, corporate development, innovation, and people strategy.

Together, they guide the company's growth from a trusted ACMV contractor into an integrated building solutions provider focused on reliability, sustainability, and smarter building performance.

Kelvin Gan, Founder | CEO

Kelvin leads Innoflex's overall business direction, strategic growth, and long-term transformation. Under his leadership, the company continues to strengthen its ACMV foundation while expanding into integrated building solutions, sustainability, and digital innovation.

David oversees project delivery and service operations across the portfolio, keeping installation quality and long-term system reliability aligned with what each building actually needs.

Kong Jee leads the sustainability practice, translating energy audits and Green Mark targets into retrofits that cut both emissions and operating cost.

Ling drives corporate development and people strategy, building the internal systems and communications that let a small team deliver at scale.

Jung Kiat manages the company's accounts and finance operations, keeping billing, cost tracking and reporting accurate across projects and service contracts.

Su Jing supports Innoflex's innovation and solutions development, contributing to new ideas, digital initiatives, and practical improvements that strengthen building performance and operational efficiency.

Eric works with clients from first walkthrough to handover, shaping scopes that fit the building, the budget and the way the site is actually run.

Jerry runs the service side of the business, keeping maintenance schedules, response times and plant performance on track across live sites.

Abraham manages service delivery teams on the ground, closing the loop between what is measured in the dashboard and what gets fixed in the plant room.
